 The 8:18 Wealth Plan Platform, created by Sandra Weston and it is owned and operated by Pengrass Financial , a registered private corporation in the State of Georgia with a governing board consisting of the Weston family.

However the goal is by August 18, 2025 to create a body of believers who collectively can become the owners of the platform as cooperative community with Pengrass Financial as its founder and third party financial manager. The new cooperative ownership will follow cooperative governance and follow the “one member one Vote”.
